		<description>To avoid really bad breath, and discolored teeth, I'd definitely suggest cleaning your mouth up several times a day, not just morning and night. l. You don't want to just hide the smell and leave all that nasty gunk sitting in your mouth until before bed...that's just not healthy.

 Obviously, it's not realistic for most people to haul around a toothbrush and toothpaste. Thus, I recommend getting a prepasted disposable brush (try Dr Collins at dentist.net) or an interdental cleaner (I like Cleanpik- really inexpensive and really effective). It's worth the effort and you'll save alot of money in treatments later!</description>
